Create a Gemini AI key

Create a Gemini AI API key to gain access to the Gemini API and other Gemini APIs. This key allows Gemini AI to track your usage and generate accurate billing.

  1. Log in to the Google AI Studio for the Gemini AI and click Get API Key

    Use the Log in or Sign up button

  2. Click Create API key in new project.

    In the API Keys window, use the Create API key in new project

    note

    If you want ot create an API key in existing project, click on Create API key in existing project and select the project.

  3. Copy your key to your clipboard.

    In the API key generated window, use the Copy button
